Mifflin-St Jeor Equation:
For men:
BMR = 10 * weight + 6.25 * height - 5 * age + 5
For women:
BMR = 10 * weight + 6.25 * height - 5 * age - 161
TDEE = BMR * Activity Level Multiplier

Interpretation
